When we process an order ( consultations, training centre bookings, education and training courses or products and appliances ) we may send data to, and also use the resulting information from, credit reference agencies to prevent fraudulent purchases.

Under the Protection of Personal Information Act we will only hold personal identifiable information for the maximum retention periods:

  • Job Applications and unsuccessful candidates : 6 months
  • Enquiries and emails: 2 years
  • Financial Data : 7 years – do you hold customer financial data?

Website Visitor Information

We gather information about all of our website visitors collectively and we use this information anonymously; aggregated with other users’ information, in order to protect your privacy, to compile reports and to help us improve our website.

This is used to note your interest in our website and measure the effectiveness of our advertising and promotional activity.
